Susan Fleischer, LCSW, MSSW, ACSW, CMC, CSW-G, CSWM, CMFSW
Executive Director Care Management Network

NAPGCM CertifiedSusan is a highly experienced and dedicated geriatric care management executive who oversees SeniorBridge's national care management network. In addition to her role at SeniorBridge, Susan serves as the president of the National Association of Geriatric Care Managers (NAPGCM). Prior to this role, she served as the Chief Operating Officer at Rona Bartelstone Associates, Inc., a comprehensive eldercare agency that recently merged with SeniorBridge for 11 years. Susan was responsible for the internal operation and business development of its Care Management and Home Health Divisions. Among other previous roles, Susan served as Department Director of Geriatric Services at Jewish Family and Childrens' Service of West Palm Beach; Director of a federal home health-aide program; and Social Service Director of Four Courts Nursing Home. She has given numerous presentations at national and regional conferences on issues of aging and eldercare. She is currently a member of the Board of Directors for NAPGCM, and is the Chair of the Chapter Presidents Committee. She was the past President of the Florida Geriatric Care Managers Association. Susan holds a Master of Science degree in Social Work from Kent School of Social Work, University of Louisville, Kentucky, and a BS in Sociology with Social Work Certification from the university. Susan is also Certified as a Master Forensic Social Worker (CMFSW) by the American College of Forensic Examiners' Institute. She received the Adele Elkind Award of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers in 2006.

Ruth Farrago, Vice President of Operations

NAPGCM CertifiedRuth Farrago has over 20 years of experience in health care administration. She was the Administrator of an inpatient and outpatient comprehensive Rehabilitation and Orthopedic Division at Downstate Medical Centers in Brooklyn. She has an extensive background in home care marketing and management having worked for St. Vincent’s Catholic Medical Centers as the Director of Intake and was then the Branch Manager/Administrator at New York Health Care. Ruth was also the Executive Director of Sunrise Assisted Living of East Meadow where she was responsible for the daily operations of the facility, client and family satisfaction, management of the sales and marketing team and coordinated community outreach and events. Ruth has a Bachelors of Science from SUNY College of Oneonta where she majored in Business Economics and she is currently completing a Masters Degree at Long Island University specializing in Gerontology. Ruth has received her certification in Geriatric Care Management (CMC). She is a current member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers and the Case Management Society of America.

Katie Buck Ingram, Director of Client Services

Katie has been part of the SeniorBridge team for two years while obtaining a Master's degree in nursing and certification as a Clinical Nurse Leader. She has more than 10 years' experience in clinical health care and health care operations leadership. Katie came to SeniorBridge from the Retirement and Assisted Living Industry where she was a successful Regional Operations Manager and Administrator for a large Retirement and Assisted Living management company in Texas and the Mid-East Region. Prior to this Katie was an accomplished Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) in healthcare and public affairs for the U.S. Army and Army Reserves. She also served at the US Army Institute of Surgical Research Burn Unit in San Antonio, TX, where her work with injured servicemen/women was recognized by the Chief of Staff for the U.S. Army. Katie's experience in civilian and military nursing covers many areas including Burn and Wound Care, Trauma, Oncology/Hematology, OB/GYN, and Nephrology. She earned her Master of Science degree from the University of Maryland Baltimore, School of Nursing and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Washington.
