SeniorBridge New York is SeniorBridge's flapship office and a leader in care management and home care serving the 5 boroughs.  Our passion is for providing holistic care to our clients through our integrated team of nurse and social worker care managers, nutritionists, exercise specialists, massage therapists, musical and other specialty companions, and the best home health aides and caregivers in the industry.  We also have deep expertise working with individuals and families who spend partial years in New York and partner closely with SeniorBridge offices in Florida and throughout the country. 

Our reputation for improving the quality of life of adults with complex medical and social needs is a result of the time and effort our highly qualified and dedicated team of certified Geriatric Care Manager, caregivers and office staff, invests in tailoring the services we provide to meet the unique needs and preferences of our clients.  In fact, our highly experienced, clinically focused staff frequently speaks at conferences and collaborates with our corporate staff, with whom we share an office.
