We employ only those caregivers who are certified and highly experienced. Our rigorous screening process includes credit, drug, and criminal background checks. We hold extensive personal interviews, which include role-playing conducted by our Geriatric Care Managers. We select only individuals who we would be willing to trust in our home.

Every at-home caregiver is oriented, supervised and guided continuously by a Geriatric Care Manager. The supervision ensures that our clients are getting exactly the care they need.
