SeniorBridge Announces Promotions in South and Midwest Regional Management

Phillip Dooling and David Mattioli Named To New Positions in Operations for Leading Provider of Complex Chronic Care Management for Frail Elderly

(New York City w/Local Interest) May 16, 2008 - SeniorBridge, a specialized organization that serves seniors and their families by managing complex, chronic care in the home and other settings, has announced the promotion of senior management member Phillip Dooling to Vice President of Regional Operations and David Mattioli, RN, BSN to the new position of Associate Vice President of Clinical Services.

In his new role as Vice President of Regional Operations, Phillip Dooling is responsible for oversight and support of offices throughout Florida, and in Charlotte, North Carolina, Chicago, Illinois, San Antonio, Texas, and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He is accountable for setting and communicating priorities and expectations, as well as providing focus to the clinical, sales and operations teams in support of the company’s mission and visions.

Prior to joining SeniorBridge in 2005 as Regional Manager, Dooling was the Chief Operating Officer for a South Texas regional home health agency, where he provided strategic direction and managed marketing and business development efforts. He has almost three decades of senior management experience, including sales, marketing and operations roles with a Fortune 100 company and entrepreneurial start-ups, as well as the ownership of a multiple-site specialty retail business. Dooling has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois. He is a San Antonio resident.

In his new role as Associate Vice President of Clinical Services, David Mattioli, RN, BSN, is responsible for the quality and delivery of clinical services for the company’s five Florida locations, which include Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, Fort Myers, Naples and West Palm Beach, where Mattioli is based, as well as the Charlotte, North Carolina, Chicago, Illinois, San Antonio, Texas, and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania locations. He previously served as Corporate Clinical Director for SeniorBridge.

Mattioli has more than 18 years of experience in a variety of healthcare settings. Before joining SeniorBridge, he served as the administrator of Almost Family, Inc. in West Palm Beach, where he was responsible for operations in four counties and served as director of its medical adult day care center. He began his nursing career at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan and served as a care manager there before returning to Florida.

He is a certified trainer for the Alzheimer’s training course for home health agencies in Florida, and co-authored the training curriculum. He is also a member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers. Mattioli holds a B.S. in Biology from Palm Beach Atlantic University and a B.S. in Nursing from Eastern Michigan University. He is a Legal Nurse Consultant and resides in West Palm Beach, Florida.
