SeniorBridge has partnered with Care Management Consultants, a well-established care management company headquartered in Newton, MA. Care Management Consultants was founded in 1999 by Dena Salzberg, and is recognized for providing reliable, high quality services in the Boston area. Ms. Salzberg is a professional geriatric care manager with more than 25 years of experience. She has held many leadership positions in the community, which include Chairperson and Commissioner for the Newton Council on Aging, Past President and Board member of Springwell (an elder service not-for-profit provider), and Board member and Trustee of the Maimonides School, Brookline, MA. Dena holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Boston College. Dena will be serving as a Consultant with CSeniorBridge.
