Debbie Woods, RN, BSN Regional Executive Director
Ms. Woods has over 25 years experience in nursing. She is a Registered Nurse licensed in the state of Florida. She has extensive nursing and administrative experience with a concentration in adult health/geriatrics, homecare, and care management. Her career has included working in hospitals and home health. Prior to joining SeniorBridge, she was the Nursing Administrator and a principal of Nursing Resources, a private duty home health agency. She graduated with honors from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Ms. Woods is a member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers.
Aleda Kleckauskas, RN, MSN Director of Client Services
Aleda Kleckauskas brings more than 30 years of nursing experience to SeniorBridge,
encompassing 25 years in various health care management positions in family health,
home care, and hospice. Aleda was a local office administrator for AllianceCare Home
Health in Bradenton before moving on to oversee management of troubled offices as
Regional Administrator. She has served as Administrator at Florida Hospital
HospiceCare and Director of Community and Physician Relations at Tidewell Hospice and
Palliative Care. She has been a member of both State and National Home Health and
Hospice Associations, including the Florida State Hospice Association Board and
several local community boards. While CEO of the second-largest VNA in Massachusetts,
Aleda also served on the National VNA Board. In Massachusetts, she was elected local
Housing Commissioner, whose Board was responsible for overseeing low-income elderly
housing. Aleda received her RN from the Stamford Hospital School of Nursing, CT, a
BSN from Boston University, and an MSN from UMass, Boston, where she combined studies
in the School of Nursing and the Business School. Her clinical focus was family
health, which included work in gerontology.
Mary Ronquillo, MBA, MHA Regional Director of Professional Relations
Mary Ronquillo comes to SeniorBridge with an extensive, diverse healthcare sales/marketing and clinical background. She was a top-ranking specialty sales representative at Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, covering the New Jersey area for 6 years, and interned with the Oklahoma State Department of Health. During her internship, Ms. Ronquillo researched and authored an article on fall-related brain injuries among children. The article was presented at the 13th Annual California Conference on Injury Control and was nationally published. Earlier in her career, she worked as a phlebotomist/laboratory technician at Oklahoma hospitals: Southwestern Medical Center and Norman Regional Hospital. Ms. Ronquillo earned a BS in Community Health at the University of Central Oklahoma, and obtained her MBA and a Masters of Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix. She continues to serve on the executive board of directors for the Parkinson's Association of Southwest Florida, Inc. (PASFI) affiliate chapter of the National Parkinson Foundation.
