Tony Dias Regional Executive Director
Tony joined SeniorBridge in 2008 as Executive Director of the New York City office,
the largest branch in the company. After successfully managing this office, he
relocated to Florida and assumed his current position. In his 18 years in the health
and home care fields, Tony has managed and helped to greatly expand several large
companies. He was formerly President of Priority Homecare, Inc, a subsidiary of
Premier Health Care, a regional provider of nurses and paraprofessionals, in charge
of the fiscal, operational, and nursing management of the company. Before that, Tony
was Regional Director of Unlimited Care Inc, another large home care agency in the
New York Metro area, providing expert sales and operations management. He also has
been a Branch Manager of 2 large Metropolitan branches for US Homecare, Director of
Reimbursement/Operations for Accuhealth Home Infusion Services, Inc. (formerly Healix
Healthcare), and Reimbursement Manager for APRIA, a supplier of home medical
equipment. Tony received a degree in Business Administration from Coimbra University
in Portugal.
Susan Fleischer, LCSW, MSSW, ACSW, CMC, CSW-G, CSWM Executive Director Care Management Network

Susan is a highly experienced and dedicated geriatric care management executive. For the past 11 years, she has been Chief Operating Officer of Rona Bartelstone Associates, Inc., a comprehensive eldercare agency that recently merged with SeniorBridge Susan was responsible for the internal operation and business development of its Care Management and Home Health Divisions. Among other previous roles, Susan served as Department Director of Geriatric Services at Jewish Family and Childrens' Service of West Palm Beach; Director of a federal home health-aide program; and Social Service Director of Four Courts Nursing Home. She has given numerous presentations at national and regional conferences on issues of aging and eldercare. She is currently a member of the Board of Directors for NAPGCM, and is the Chair of the Chapter Presidents Committee. She was the past President of the Florida Geriatric Care Managers Association. Susan holds a Master of Science degree in Social Work from Kent School of Social Work, University of Louisville, Kentucky, and a BS in Sociology with Social Work Certification from the university. She received the Adele Elkind Award of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers in 2006.
Rona S. Bartelstone, LCSW, MSW, CMC Senior Vice President of Care Management

Rona Bartelstone is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a Care Manager Certified, and a Diplomate in Clinical Social Work. A Cum Laude graduate of the University of New York at Buffalo, Rona earned her Masters in Social Work at Indiana University. She has taught the psychology of aging, healthy aging and other courses on coping with aging parents for adult education of the Dade County School Board, Miami Dade Community College, and Broward Community College.
Active in many community and professional organizations, Rona is a founder and past President of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers (GCM). She currently is a founder and Vice President of the National Academy of Certified Care Managers (NACCM), an independent, non-profit, credentialing organization. Rona was a Board member of the Greater Miami Alzheimer’s Association Chapter and Chaired the Annual Educational Forum from 1994 to 2000. In addition, she is past Vice President and Treasurer of the Florida Chapter of the National Association of Social Workers. Rona is a member of the National Council on the Aging and a delegate to the National Institute on Community Long Term Care (NICLIC), the Gerontological Society of American and the American Society on Aging for which she’ll be co-chaired the International Care/Case Management Conference in 2001.
Rosemarie Kuhn, RN,CCM Director of Client Services

Rosemarie is a professional nurse and certified case manager with over 25 years of
experience. Her expertise for many of those years has been in caring for the
disabled, frail and geriatric populations throughout the northeast and South Florida
areas. She has an extensive background in management and care planning and
understands the complexities of dealing with individuals and their needs.
Ms. Kuhn has extensive experience as Administrator for both Medicare and Private Home
Care Agencies. Most recently she worked as the Director of Care Management for a
Professional Guardianship Organization and completed the course study for
professional guardian. A graduate of Saint Joseph's Hospital School of Nursing in
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and certified by the Commission for Case Management
Certification.
Laura Marshall Director of Business Development
Before joining SeniorBridge, Laura was Director of Sales and Marketing of AllianceCare Home Health, in Broward, Palm Beach County, Dallas, Houston and Chicago where she developed markets for a Medicare and Private Duty Home Health Agency and trained marketers to service and build them. She recruited, trained, and mentored community liaisons for these markets, developed sales reporting and goal-setting systems and business plans for these operations, and generated community referrals from many sources including the Cleveland Clinic Hospital. Laura was also previously Director of Community Outreach for Caring People, Broward and Palm Beach County, helping to build their marketing and sales department and developing seminars, a speakers network for professionals and caregivers, and a "Snow Bird" program to help seniors travel in winter. As Sales Manager for Hancock Financial Services in Broward and West Palm Beach, she previously trained financial representatives and planners, and was a Marketing Representative/Training Specialist for MetLife in Plantation. Laura has a life, health, and variable annuities license; a series 63 and series 7 securities license; and is certified in Long-Term Care and as a Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (insurance) by the Gold Coast School of Insurance, Plantation, and certified in Senior Marketing, Management and Sales Training with Carnegie.
Sandra Goldberg, RN, CMC Senior Care Manager

With 23 years’ broad experience in geriatric care and healthcare, Sandra joins SeniorBridge from Rona Bartelstone Associates, Inc., where she was Clinical Director of Home Health Services, responsible for management and supervision of home health activities and staffing of aides and nurses and for providing consultation or direct patient care as needed. Before that, she served as the agency’s Director of Nursing. Previously, she also was Head Nurse in a family physician’s practice specializing in geriatrics. A Registered Nurse, Sandra earned an Associate of Science degree in Nursing Technology at Broward Community College and received additional training in Alzheimer’s care with the Alzheimer’s Association of Dade County and PRI and Screen Training Certification at the New York State Department of Health.
Christina Kantrowitz, MSW, C-ASWCM Senior Care Manager

Ms. Kantrowitz has over 25 years of experience in social work and geriatric care management. Prior to becoming Director of Client Services, she was a Geriatric Care Manager for several years at Florida ElderWatch, one of Southeast Florida's largest geriatric care management practices, which was acquired by SeniorBridge Family in 2001. Before joining Florida Elderwatch Ms. Kantrowitz was the Director of Social Service for Tamarac Rehabilitation & Health Center. Ms. Kantrowitz is a member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers. She has a BSW in Social Work and a MSW in Social Work, both from Adelphi University.
Barbara L. Harris, MSW, CMC Care Manager

Barbara recently joined SeniorBridge when the company merged with Rona Bartelstone Associates, Inc. Barbara had been a Geriatric Care Manager with Rona Bartelstone Associates since 1998, providing direct client and family support and coordinating and monitoring all service providers, and also facilitated Alzheimer’s Caregiver Support Groups. Earlier, she had served as Director of Social Work at Vencor Hospital in Coral Gables. Barbara earned a Bachelor of Arts in English with honors from Florida International University and a Master of Science degree in Social Work from Barry University School of Social Work. She is a Certified Care Manager and a member of the National Academy of Certified Care Managers. Some of her community interests included teaching English and volunteering in the Dade County Public School System, assisting juvenile court judges in the disposition of child abuse cases in the Florida Foster Care Review Project, Inc, and counseling adolescents in a community mental health center.
Christine A. Roberts, RN Care Manager
Ms. Roberts joins SeniorBridge from Tender Loving Care, a home health agency in Boca
Raton, Florida for which she was RN, Director of Clinical Services. She has
previously worked as RN, Field Representative for the State of Florida, at Emerald
Medical Management, Inc. in California, and was a Recovery Room Nurse at the
Cleveland Clinic in Ft. Lauderdale. Ms. Roberts also has broad prior experience as an
LPN in various medical specialties. She is active in several community organizations,
including the Alzheimer's Association in Ft. Lauderdale. She obtained her RN and an
associate of science in nursing degree at Broward Community College in Ft.
Lauderdale, Florida.
Nina Rothstein, MSW, MA/CP Care Manager
Until joining SeniorBridge, Nina had been a Social Work Intern at Jewish Family Services of Broward County in Hollywood for 15 years, counseling all age groups in individual, family, and group therapy. She also interned at Holy Cross Hospital in Ft. Lauderdale, providing discharge planning and patient counseling to different patient populations, coordinating home health care and allied services. Previously Nina also served as an Educational Counselor for Southern Bell, South Florida, counseling employees on opportunities for career enhancement. Earlier, she had taught College Success Skills and Career Planning and counseled women returning to college and the workforce at Broward Community College. Nina had been a psychotherapist at Henderson Mental Health Center in Ft. Lauderdale after obtaining MA and BA degrees in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver. Nina also earned a Master of Social Work degree from Barry University and took graduate courses in Gerontology at Nova University in Florida. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida.
