Gregg A. Billeter, RN, CCM Executive Director
Gregg started his nursing career in Ann Arbor, Michigan, in the St. Joseph Mercy
Health Care system, where he spent 12 years caring for elderly adults in various
inpatient and outpatient academic settings. He was also a Care Manager with
Allegiance, LLC, a physician hospital organization in Ann Arbor and part of an
interdisciplinary team that achieved NCQA certification in a variety of areas. Gregg
came to Florida in 2004, and worked as a Care Manager for Evercare, a division of
United Health Care, and as the Director of Active Day of Boynton Beach-Medical Adult
Day Care Center. He is a licensed Registered Nurse in Michigan and Florida and holds certification in
case management (CCM) from the Commission for Case Manager Certification. He obtained
his BS in biology from the University of Michigan and a BS in nursing from Saginaw
Valley State College (now University).
Maureen Baeringer, RN Director of Professional Relations
Maureen Baeringer is a Registered Nurse who worked in public relations as a resource
coordinator at Bethesda Memorial Hospital of Boynton Beach, Florida, for more than 10
years. She was responsible for creating a leader model for Women's Health Programs
and also developed Bethesda's first Lactation Center. An important component of her
position was marketing cutting edge programs to physicians and educating families on
choices available in health care. In the last 7 years she has been focusing on
sales, marketing, and territory management in home health, and worked for 3 years as
a Business Development Representative for Hospice of Palm Beach County, developing
their South Palm Beach territory. Ms. Baeringer is a graduate of King's County
Hospital Center School of Nursing in Brooklyn, New York.
Carla Tanner, MSW Care Manager
Carla Tanner is licensed in the state of Florida as a Clinical Social Worker. Since her move to Florida in 2003, Carla worked as Center Coordinator, then Program Administrator with the Catholic Charities’ Adult Day Care Centers in Broward County. Carla embraced her work with the frail geriatric population while providing independent psychotherapy services to homebound elderly. She also has experience as a case manager in dialysis centers and the hospital setting in Baton Rouge, LA. She graduated from Louisiana State University with both a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and a Master of Social Work.
Tammy Vaknine, RN, CMC Care Manager
Tammy Vaknine has been a geriatric care manager for 7 of her 16 years in nursing. Her
qualifications include work as an Assessment Specialist for long-term care insurance
policies, case management and disease management, hospital and home health nursing
and private consultation. While working for a local geriatric care management
company, she assisted as a preceptor for new care managers. Tammy is a licensed
Registered Nurse in Florida, having received her degree in nursing from Palm Beach
Community College, is certified by the National Academy of Certified Care Managers,
and is a member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers.
She is an advocate committed to helping elderly clients and families navigate the
challenges of aging and improving their quality of life.
David Mattioli, RN, BSN Associate Vice President of Clinical Services
David Mattioli brings more than 17 years' experience in a variety of healthcare
settings to SeniorBridge. For 9 years previously, he was the Administrator of Almost
Family in West Palm Beach, responsible for operations and delivery of care for the
in-home program in 4 counties, and for a time served dually in that role at Almost
Family's Medical Adult Day Center in Boynton Beach.
Mr. Mattioli began his nursing career at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor,
Michigan, where he developed a passion for caring for the elderly, and became a care
manager before returning to Florida. He is a certified trainer for the Alzheimer
training course for home health agencies in Florida and coauthored the curriculum
used for the training. Mr. Mattioli is a member of the National Association of
Professional Geriatric Care Managers. He received a BS in biology from Palm Beach
Atlantic University and a BSN from Eastern Michigan University, and is a certified
Legal Nurse Consultant
Philip Dooling Vice President of Regional Operations
Mr. Dooling has over 29 years of senior management experience, including sales, marketing and operations roles with a Fortune 100 company, entrepreneurial start-ups and owning a multiple site specialty retail business. Prior to joining SeniorBridge, Mr. Dooling was the Chief Operating Officer for a South Texas Regional Home Health Agency, where he provided strategic direction and managed marketing and business development efforts. Mr. Dooling has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois.
