Mary Ronquillo, MBA, MHA
Executive Director

Mary Ronquillo comes to SeniorBridge with an extensive, diverse healthcare sales/marketing and clinical background. She was a top-ranking specialty sales representative at Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, covering the New Jersey area for 6 years, and interned with the Oklahoma State Department of Health. During her internship, Ms. Ronquillo researched and authored an article on fall-related brain injuries among children.The article was presented at the 13th Annual California Conference on Injury Control and was nationally published. Earlier in her career, she worked as a phlebotomist/laboratory technician at Oklahoma hospitals:Southwestern Medical Center and Norman Regional Hospital. Ms. Ronquillo earned a BS in Community Health at the University of Central Oklahoma, and recently obtained her MBA and a Masters of Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix.

Stacey kay, BS
Director of Professional Relations

Stacey Kay has worked in a variety of senior settings over the past 9 years. She has worked successfully in a Marketing/Sales capacity for areas such as Independent and Assisted living, as well as, skilled nursing home environments. For the past 5 years Stacey has worked specifically in the areas of Dementia and Alzheimer’s, where she has been certified by the Alzheimer’s Association to facilitate support group meetings for those caring for someone with Dementia or Alzheimer’s. She has worked closely with several non-profit Organizations planning events to raise monies for seniors affected with memory related illnesses. She also worked as an Independent Insurance agent, where she assisted seniors and their families prepare for future health care needs through setting up long term care insurance plans. Stacey has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing from California State University – Long Beach.

Linda Shuster, BSN
Care Manager

Linda Shuster has over 30 years of experience as a nurse and care manager in educational settings, and for community health, skilled nursing and eldercare facilities. Before coming to SeniorBridge as a Care Manager, she was Nursing Manager with the Fair Haven Community Health Center Geriatric Clinic in New Haven, CT. Previously she was the Nurse Supervisor for The Mary Wade Home in New Haven; Nurse Supervisor and Case Manager for the Connecticut Personal Care Program for the Elderly; and held a variety of nursing positions. Linda has a B.S.N. in Nursing from the University of Connecticut School of Nursing; and partial credit toward an M.P.H. from Southern Connecticut State University. She has served on the boards of numerous professional organizations, including as Vice President of the South Central Inter Agency Council on Aging.

Sheila Crosby, RNBC, BSN, CARN
Care Manager

For 37 years, Sheila has been involved in nursing, with diversified experience encompassing geriatric medicine and psychiatry, substance abuse, and Alzheimer's disease. She has worked as Director of Nursing for inpatient psychiatric hospitals, including an Alzheimer's assisted living facility. For the last 10 years, Sheila has focused on geriatric care in Lee County in the areas of home healthcare, outpatient counseling, marketing of services, and community outreach and education of professionals, service providers, and clients and their families. She received her nursing diploma from Greenville General Hospital School of Nursing in South Carolina, her BS in nursing from the University of Mississippi at Hattisburg and is now pursuing an MS in geropsychiatric nursing. Sheila is certified in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing and Chemical Dependency/Addictions Nursing by the American Nurses Association, and has earned special recognition for her achievements in "Who's Who in American Colleges and Universities" and "Outstanding Young Women in America."

David Mattioli, RN, BSN
Associate Vice President of Clinical Services

David Mattioli brings more than 17 years' experience in a variety of healthcare settings to SeniorBridge. For 9 years previously, he was the Administrator of Almost Family in West Palm Beach, responsible for operations and delivery of care for the in-home program in 4 counties, and for a time served dually in that role at Almost Family's Medical Adult Day Center in Boynton Beach.

Mr. Mattioli began his nursing career at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan, where he developed a passion for caring for the elderly, and became a care manager before returning to Florida. He is a certified trainer for the Alzheimer training course for home health agencies in Florida and coauthored the curriculum used for the training. Mr. Mattioli is a member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers. He received a BS in biology from Palm Beach Atlantic University and a BSN from Eastern Michigan University, and is a certified Legal Nurse Consultant

Philip Dooling
Vice President of Regional Operations

Mr. Dooling has over 29 years of senior management experience, including sales, marketing and operations roles with a Fortune 100 company, entrepreneurial start-ups and owning a multiple site specialty retail business. Prior to joining SeniorBridge, Mr. Dooling was the Chief Operating Officer for a South Texas Regional Home Health Agency, where he provided strategic direction and managed marketing and business development efforts. Mr. Dooling has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois.
