Debbie Woods, RN, BSN
Regional Executive Director

Ms. Woods has over 25 years experience in nursing. She is a Registered Nurse licensed in the state of Florida. She has extensive nursing and administrative experience with a concentration in adult health/geriatrics, homecare, and care management. Her career has included working in hospitals and home health. Prior to joining SeniorBridge, she was the Nursing Administrator and a principal of Nursing Resources, a private duty home health agency. She graduated with honors from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Ms. Woods is a member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers.

Karen Purdon, RN
Care Manager

For more than 35 years, Karen has been a RN, clinical instructor, and clinical supervisor in hospital, academic, and home health care settings. Before joining SeniorBridge, she was an RN Clinical Supervisor at Nursing Resources and RN Clinical Supervisor at Take Care, two home health companies in Sarasota. Karen also served as RN Case Manager and Relief Nursing Supervisor at Sunbelt Medicare Home Health. Additionally, she was an Instructor in the medical secretary program at Loyalist College and a Clinical Instructor in the RN program at Canadore College, both in Ontario. Karen also had clinical experience in Ontario as Assistant Director of Nursing at North Bay Civic Hospital and was an ICU Nurse in the hospital's trauma unit. She earned an RN at Ottawa Civic Hospital School of Nursing, Ottawa Ontario Canada.

Mary Ronquillo, MBA, MHA
Regional Director of Professional Relations

Mary Ronquillo comes to SeniorBridge with an extensive, diverse healthcare sales/marketing and clinical background. She was a top-ranking specialty sales representative at Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, covering the New Jersey area for 6 years, and interned with the Oklahoma State Department of Health. During her internship, Ms. Ronquillo researched and authored an article on fall-related brain injuries among children.The article was presented at the 13th Annual California Conference on Injury Control and was nationally published.

Earlier in her career, she worked as a phlebotomist/laboratory technician at Oklahoma hospitals:Southwestern Medical Center and Norman Regional Hospital. Ms. Ronquillo earned a BS in Community Health at the University of Central Oklahoma, and recently obtained her MBA and a Masters of Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix. She was recently elected to serve on the board of directors for the Parkinson's Association of Southwest Florida, Inc. (PASFI) affiliate chapter of the National Parkinson Foundation.
