Jo-Ann Venezia, RN, MPA
Executive Director

Jo-Ann Venezia has had a long career in healthcare management, most recently at Horizon Healthcare, a director of short-term care and adult and geriatric units at East Orange General Hospital and Englewood Hospital and Medical Center. As Director of Behavioral Health, Ms. Venezia was responsible for administrative management of these facilities, the operating budget, and staff development. Previously, she had been Administrative Director of Child and Adult Services at St. Vincent's Westchester and Director of Addiction Services and Director of Psychiatric Nursing at Valley Hospital in Ridgewood. Ms. Venezia is a Registered Nurse who received a BS in Healthcare Management from St. Peter's College in Englewood Cliffs and a Masters in Public Administration from Long Island University in Orangeburg.

Sara Ann Doro, RN
Director of Clinical Services

For more than 35 years, Sara Ann Doro has been designing and implementing highly innovative, cost-effective healthcare programs for hospitals, home healthcare agencies, rehabilitation centers, and a nursing home. Since 2006, she has been Director of Clinical Services at SeniorBridge West Orange. Sara Ann's breadth of experience includes former roles as Director of Clinical Services at Confident Care Corporation, a homecare agency, Administrative Director at Palisades Medical Center, and Nurse Manager at the Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation. She has also served as Director of Nursing at the Dellridge Nursing Home, Director of Clinical Services at All Metro Health Care, and Director of Nursing at Home and Hospital Medical Personnel. A registered professional nurse, Sara Ann earned a BS at Wilkes College in Wilkes Barres, PA, and her nursing diploma at Nesbitt Memorial Hospital in Kingston, PA.

Lori Stein Kayne, MSS
Care Manager

Lori Stein Kayne is very qualified in planning for the medical and social service needs of Seniors in the community. Mostly recently, she has been a Social Worker and Discharge Planner at Care One at Livingston, and before that, a Discharge Planner at The Canterbury at Cedar Grove and a Social Worker in the Transitional Care Unit at Mountainside Hospital. She was also the Director of Social Services at Montclair Community Hospital and, earlier, a Pediatric Social Worker at Cooper Hospital/University Medical Center in Camden, NJ. Ms. Kayne obtained a BA in psychology, magna cum laude, from Bucknell University, an MSS in Clinical Social Work from Bryn Mawr Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research, and a Certificate in Gerontology from the Rutgers University School of Social Work, Continuing Education and Professional Development Program.

Terri L. Visintainer, RN, BSN
Care Manager

Until recently, Terri was a per diem Case Manager at Morristown Memorial Hospital for discharge planning, while working as Nurse Liaison at the Kessler Rehabilitation Institute, determining the appropriateness of patients for acute rehab. Terri has also had experience as a Nurse Liaison at Atlantic Home Care and Hospice and Care One at Morris with sub-acute rehab patients. She worked as a Case Manager/Nurse Supervisor and Community Liaison at Chrillcare Homecare and the Head office/OR Nurse at Plastic Surgery Associates. She has been a Primary Staff Nurse in hospice and general patient care. Terri earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio.

Ruth Farrago
Vice President of Regional Operations

Ruth Farrago has over 20 years of experience in health care administration. She was the Administrator of an inpatient and outpatient comprehensive Rehabilitation and Orthopedic Division at Downstate Medical Centers in Brooklyn. She has an extensive background in home care marketing and management having worked for St. Vincent’s Catholic Medical Centers as the Director of Intake and was then the Branch Manager/Administrator at New York Health Care. Ruth was also the Executive Director of Sunrise Assisted Living of East Meadow where she was responsible for the daily operations of the facility, client and family satisfaction, management of the sales and marketing team and coordinated community outreach and events. Ruth has a Bachelors of Science from SUNY College of Oneonta where she majored in Business Economics and she is currently completing a Masters Degree at Long Island University specializing in Gerontology.
