Deborah Barfield, RNC, BHS, CMC, RGNGF
Professional Development Specialist

Certified member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers (NAPGCM) Debbie was a founder and Vice President of Source Finders/Care Finders before joining SeniorBridge. She brings an extensive background of geriatric nursing experience to her position. She has a bachelor's degree in health administrative services from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton and received her associate's degree in nursing from Miami Dade Community College. Deborah is a certified gerontological nurse, professional guardian, and assisted living and extended congregate care administrator. She is a member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers. She is credentialed as a certified care manager (CMC) by the National Academy of Certified Care Managers.

Lisa Manfra, RN, CMC
Director of Client Services

Lisa is a Registered Nurse and a professional Certified Care Manager who joins the SeniorBridge family from the merger with Source Finders/Care Finders Inc. She found her passion in working with the geriatric population at Source Finders and is very involved in complex medical cases and guardianships as a compassionate, ethical patient advocate. Over the past 14 years, Lisa has been an intensive care nurse at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center, a registered nurse specialist at Children's Medical Services, and a private duty nurse for a quadriplegic patient. Originally from New York where she had worked in sales and marketing, she moved to Florida and became a licensed Registered Nurse after receiving her Associate degree in Nursing from Palm Beach Community College with honors. After completing an acute care preceptor program and a critical care training program, she began her nursing career in the ICU, specializing in cardiac care. Lisa holds certification in care management from the National Academy of Certified Care Managers (NACCM) and continues to dedicate herself to making a positive contribution to the geriatric community.

Gregg A. Billeter, RN, BSN, CCM, GCN
Senior Care Manager

Certified member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers (NAPGCM) Gregg started his nursing career in Ann Arbor, Michigan, in the St. Joseph Mercy Health Care system, where he spent 12 years caring for elderly adults in various inpatient and outpatient academic settings. He was also a Care Manager with Allegiance, LLC, a physician hospital organization in Ann Arbor and part of an interdisciplinary team that achieved NCQA certification in a variety of areas. Gregg came to Florida in 2004, and worked as a Care Manager for Evercare, a division of United Health Care, and as the Director of Active Day of Boynton Beach-Medical Adult Day Care Center. He is a licensed Registered Nurse in Michigan and Florida and holds certification in case management (CCM) from the Commission for Case Manager Certification. He obtained his BS in biology from the University of Michigan and a BS in nursing from Saginaw Valley State College (now University).

Gregg Billeter has completed the Guided Care Nursing Course developed and offered by the Institute for Johns Hopkins Nursing and has been awarded a Certificate in Guided Care Nursing, endorsed by the National Gerontological Nursing Association.

Barbara Catalfumo, RN
Care Manager

Barbara has been a Geriatric Care Manager in the south Florida area for the past 6 years. Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, she has spent most of her life in Palm Beach County, actively involved in the community on professional and personal levels. Among her nursing experiences, Barbara has been a paramedical examiner for an insurance company and has marketed insurance risk assessment services for Portamedic in West Palm Beach. She has also worked as an orthopedic office nursing assistant for a surgeon in Jupiter, FL, and in medical surgical and infectious disease management nursing at Glades General Hospital in Belle Glade, FL. Barbara received her nursing degree from Palm Beach Community College in Lake Worth, and holds nursing licensure in Florida and North Carolina. She recently earned certification from the National Catholic Bioethics Center in Philadelphia after completing a year-long study in healthcare ethics.

Elissa Stern, MSW, LCSW
Care Manager

Elissa comes to SeniorBridge with a broad range of experience in the field of social work. Elissa graduated from Rutgers University with a B.A in Psychology and Spanish. She received her Masters in Social Work from Florida International University, and became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida. Prior to joining SeniorBridge, Elissa worked at JFK Medical Center as a clinical therapist, providing crisis intervention services and counseling to patients and their families, surrounding issues related to substance abuse, end-of-life decisions, new prognosis and death and dying. Elissa also worked as the Director of Rehabilitation at the Lighthouse for the Blind, providing administrative oversight to their numerous programs and services. Prior to her work with the elderly, Elissa spent years working with and advocating for abused and neglected children, victims of domestic violence, and those suffering from addiction.

Tammy Vaknine, RN, CMC, CCM
Care Manager

Certified member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers (NAPGCM) Tammy Vaknine is licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Florida and holds certification in care management from the National Academy of Certified Care Managers (NACCM). Eight of her seventeen years as a nurse have been spent in the specialty of geriatric care management. Her background includes various roles such as Assessment Specialist for long term care policies, case management, disease management, both hospital and home health nursing as well as private consultation. Additionally she has contributed as preceptor, in addition to her regular geriatric care management duties, for new care managers while working for Source Finders. Tammy is a current member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers both nationally and locally. Tammy’s focus has been on advocacy and she is committed to helping the elderly client and their families navigate the challenges of aging while improving their quality of life.

Roseann Flick
Assistant Care Manager

Roseann has over 25 years experience in the geriatric home care and the Care Management field. She previously worked for Senior Solutions for South Florida in Miami, in Dade and Broward counties. She has a wealth of knowledge pertaining to Guardianship and staffing related issues. She was a Professional Guardian for many years in Dade and Broward counties. She also has a great deal of experience working with Developmental Disabilities and Entitlement programs, and in recruiting and orienting new staff in the home care arena. Roseann has a Bachelors degree in Education.

David Mattioli, RN, CMC, BSN
Vice President, Regional Operations

Certified member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers (NAPGCM) David Mattioli brings more than 17 years' experience in a variety of healthcare settings to SeniorBridge. For 9 years previously, he was the Administrator of Almost Family in West Palm Beach, responsible for operations and delivery of care for the in-home program in 4 counties, and for a time served dually in that role at Almost Family's Medical Adult Day Center in Boynton Beach.

Mr. Mattioli began his nursing career at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan, where he developed a passion for caring for the elderly, and became a care manager before returning to Florida. He is a certified trainer for the Alzheimer training course for home health agencies in Florida and coauthored the curriculum used for the training. Mr. Mattioli is a member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers. He received a BS in biology from Palm Beach Atlantic University and a BSN from Eastern Michigan University, and is a certified Legal Nurse Consultant. He is a current member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers and the Case Management Society of America.
