Debbie Woods, RN, BSN
Regional Executive Director

Ms. Woods has over 25 years experience in nursing. She is a Registered Nurse licensed in the state of Florida. She has extensive nursing and administrative experience with a concentration in adult health/geriatrics, homecare, and care management. Her career has included working in hospitals and home health. Prior to joining SeniorBridge, she was the Nursing Administrator and a principal of Nursing Resources, a private duty home health agency. She graduated with honors from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Ms. Woods is a member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers.

Kathy Knight, RN
Director of Client Services

Kathy has spent more than 26 years in the healthcare field. She was Director of Nursing for Nursing Resources in Venice for 2 years before assuming her current position. She had previously served as Administrative Supervisor and Director of Nursing of the Surgical/Orthopedic Units at Fawcett Memorial Hospital in Port Charlotte. Kathy also worked for 18 years as Administrative Supervisor at Roane Medical Center in Tennessee. She earned her Associate degree in Nursing with honors at Roane State Community College and is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support. Kathy is a member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers

Gina Townsend Ackerson
Director of Professional Relations

Before joining SeniorBridge, Gina had been Community Sales Liaison at Comprehensive Home Health in Port Charlotte and Sarasota, responsible for developing relationships with other area businesses, hospitals, assisted living facilities, and nursing homes, training and managing new employees, and educating patients and physicians on Medicare. She had previously worked as a Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist at Pfizer, marketing cardiology drugs to physicians, and at AstraZeneca, Inc., marketing other leading pharmaceuticals. Gina also trained and instructed new emergency medical technicians (EMTs) and trained with top hospital physicians in EMT at Will Grundy Emergency Medical Services at Silver Cross Hospital in Joliet, IL. She earned her BS in Social and Community Studies at Lewis University, Romeoville, IL, and is a certified EMT-Paramedic.

Mary Ronquillo, MBA, MHA
Regional Director of Professional Relations

Mary Ronquillo comes to SeniorBridge with an extensive, diverse healthcare sales/marketing and clinical background. She was a top-ranking specialty sales representative at Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, covering the New Jersey area for 6 years, and interned with the Oklahoma State Department of Health. During her internship, Ms. Ronquillo researched and authored an article on fall-related brain injuries among children. The article was presented at the 13th Annual California Conference on Injury Control and was nationally published. Earlier in her career, she worked as a phlebotomist/laboratory technician at Oklahoma hospitals: Southwestern Medical Center and Norman Regional Hospital. Ms. Ronquillo earned a BS in Community Health at the University of Central Oklahoma, and obtained her MBA and a Masters of Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix. She continues to serve on the executive board of directors for the Parkinson's Association of Southwest Florida, Inc. (PASFI) affiliate chapter of the National Parkinson Foundation.
