Lisa Manfra, RN, CMC Director of Client Services
Lisa is a Registered Nurse and a professional Certified Care Manager who joins the
SeniorBridge family from the merger with Source Finders/Care Finders Inc. She found
her passion in working with the geriatric population at Source Finders and is very
involved in complex medical cases and guardianships as a compassionate, ethical
patient advocate. Over the past 14 years, Lisa has been an intensive care nurse at
Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center, a registered nurse specialist at Children's
Medical Services, and a private duty nurse for a quadriplegic patient. Originally
from New York where she had worked in sales and marketing, she moved to Florida and
became a licensed Registered Nurse after receiving her Associate degree in Nursing
from Palm Beach Community College with honors. After completing an acute care
preceptor program and a critical care training program, she began her nursing career
in the ICU, specializing in cardiac care. Lisa holds certification in care management
from the National Academy of Certified Care Managers (NACCM) and continues to
dedicate herself to making a positive contribution to the geriatric community.
Laura Marshall Director of Business Development
Before joining SeniorBridge, Laura was Director of Sales and Marketing of AllianceCare Home Health, in Broward, Palm Beach County, Dallas, Houston and Chicago where she developed markets for a Medicare and Private Duty Home Health Agency and trained marketers to service and build them. She recruited, trained, and mentored community liaisons for these markets, developed sales reporting and goal-setting systems and business plans for these operations, and generated community referrals from many sources including the Cleveland Clinic Hospital. Laura was also previously Director of Community Outreach for Caring People, Broward and Palm Beach County, helping to build their marketing and sales department and developing seminars, a speakers network for professionals and caregivers, and a "Snow Bird" program to help seniors travel in winter. As Sales Manager for Hancock Financial Services in Broward and West Palm Beach, she previously trained financial representatives and planners, and was a Marketing Representative/Training Specialist for MetLife in Plantation. Laura has a life, health, and variable annuities license; a series 63 and series 7 securities license; and is certified in Long-Term Care and as a Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (insurance) by the Gold Coast School of Insurance, Plantation, and certified in Senior Marketing, Management and Sales Training with Carnegie.
Gregg A. Billeter, RN, BSN, CCM, GCN Senior Care Manager

Gregg started his nursing career in Ann Arbor, Michigan, in the St. Joseph Mercy
Health Care system, where he spent 12 years caring for elderly adults in various
inpatient and outpatient academic settings. He was also a Care Manager with
Allegiance, LLC, a physician hospital organization in Ann Arbor and part of an
interdisciplinary team that achieved NCQA certification in a variety of areas. Gregg
came to Florida in 2004, and worked as a Care Manager for Evercare, a division of
United Health Care, and as the Director of Active Day of Boynton Beach-Medical Adult
Day Care Center. He is a licensed Registered Nurse in Michigan and Florida and holds certification in
case management (CCM) from the Commission for Case Manager Certification. He obtained
his BS in biology from the University of Michigan and a BS in nursing from Saginaw
Valley State College (now University).
Gregg Billeter has completed the Guided Care Nursing Course developed and offered by the Institute for Johns Hopkins Nursing and has been awarded a Certificate in Guided Care Nursing, endorsed by the National Gerontological Nursing Association.
Jacque Chiodo, CTFA Director of Professional Relations
Prior to joining SeniorBridge, Jacque was Senior Vice President and Senior Trust
Officer at Grand Bank and Trust of Florida, where she was responsible for the
development of trust and estate accounts and administration. Since 2000, she has
served as a volunteer mental health counselor working with individuals and families
dealing with depression among seniors, addiction in adult children, and other mental
illnesses through the Palm Beach Community Church Counseling Center and the Christ
Fellowship Counseling Center. Chiodo has spent more than twenty years in wealth
management with a ten-year concentration in estate planning, investment management,
and trust and estate administration. She also worked as an independent financial
advisor, a securities broker, a portfolio manager, and a trust administrative
officer. Chiodo holds the designation of Certified Trust and Financial Advisor
(CTFA), maintains NASD Series 7 and Series 6 licenses and keeps current her Florida
Life, Health and Annuity Insurance License. In addition, she is a licensed mental
health professional and a member of the Mental Health Association of Palm Beach
County. Jacque earned her masters of science degree in psychology from Palm Beach
Atlantic University and her bachelor's degree in marketing from Barry University.
She attended the American Bankers Association Trust School at Northwestern
University.
Sandy Dunlap, RN, LCSW, MSW Care Manager
Sandy Dunlap has 27 years of experience assisting the elderly and chronically ill, both from a medical and psychiatric perspective. Sandy received her R.N. from Good Samaritan Hospital School of Nursing in West Palm Beach, Florida. She has her B.A. in Psychology from Florida International University in Miami, Florida and a Masters Degree in Social Work from Barry University in Miami, Florida. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Ms. Dunlap began her career at age 14 when she worked as a nurse’s aide in a nursing home. This experience was very rewarding and the determining factor which led to her interest in attending nursing school and working with the aged. After graduation, she worked in the medical/surgical area for several years and eventually became a head nurse in the area of geriatric and general psychiatry.
Mary Jane Farinas, MSN, ARNP, FNP-BC Care Manager
Mary Jane joins SeniorBridge with more than 25 years of nursing experience. She has worked in a broad range of community settings including, public health, school health and home health care. After moving from New Jersey to south Florida in 1988, she continued to excel in her nursing career through employment at Boca Raton Community Hospital for 9 years and then Community Home Health for 9 years. Mary Jane brings extensive knowledge in caring for the geriatric population through her case management experience and by providing hands on care for those with chronic diseases. Her clinical expertise includes providing comprehensive health assessments, health education, advocacy and disease management. Mary Jane obtained her BS in Nursing at Rutgers University and her MS in Nursing at Florida Atlantic University. Due to her love and passion for the nursing profession, she furthered her knowledge and training and achieved her American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner certification and is recognized by the Florida Board of Nursing as a licensed Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner.
Linda Gaibel, MSW, CMC Care Manager
Linda has spent the last 28 years establishing a broad, diverse track record in eldercare. Most recently, she has been a Social Work Consultant for Accolade Day Care Center, a Geriatric Care Manager and Psychotherapist at the Caring Connection, and an Assessments and Geriatric Care Manager at RespiteCare. Linda was previously Assistant Professor of Sociology and Chairperson of the Gerontology Department at Dominican University in River Forest, IL, where she taught courses in gerontology and developed a Certificate in Gerontology Program and curriculum for a BA major in Gerontology. She was formerly Director of the Gerontology Program at Montay College in Chicago. Linda has been a Senior Care Consultant in private practice, a lecturer in adult continuing education, and a Social Worker counseling the elderly and leading care groups. Her Masters degree in Social Service Administration was earned at the University of Chicago and her BA in Psychology, at Brandeis University. Linda has also published articles and presented on topics related to healthy aging, dementia, and caregiving at national conferences.
Elissa Stern, MSW, LCSW Care Manager
Elissa comes to SeniorBridge with a broad range of experience in the field of social work. Elissa graduated from Rutgers University with a B.A in Psychology and Spanish. She received her Masters in Social Work from Florida International University, and became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida. Prior to joining SeniorBridge, Elissa worked at JFK Medical Center as a clinical therapist, providing crisis intervention services and counseling to patients and their families, surrounding issues related to substance abuse, end-of-life decisions, new prognosis and death and dying. Elissa also worked as the Director of Rehabilitation at the Lighthouse for the Blind, providing administrative oversight to their numerous programs and services. Prior to her work with the elderly, Elissa spent years working with and advocating for abused and neglected children, victims of domestic violence, and those suffering from addiction.
David Mattioli, RN, CMC, BSN Vice President, Regional Operations

David Mattioli brings more than 17 years' experience in a variety of healthcare
settings to SeniorBridge. For 9 years previously, he was the Administrator of Almost
Family in West Palm Beach, responsible for operations and delivery of care for the
in-home program in 4 counties, and for a time served dually in that role at Almost
Family's Medical Adult Day Center in Boynton Beach.
Mr. Mattioli began his nursing career at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor,
Michigan, where he developed a passion for caring for the elderly, and became a care
manager before returning to Florida. He is a certified trainer for the Alzheimer
training course for home health agencies in Florida and coauthored the curriculum
used for the training. Mr. Mattioli is a member of the National Association of
Professional Geriatric Care Managers. He received a BS in biology from Palm Beach
Atlantic University and a BSN from Eastern Michigan University, and is a certified
Legal Nurse Consultant. He is a current member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers and the Case Management Society of America.
